SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Domestic Delivery (Incl Free Delivery Policy) Timeframes (within Australia & New Zealand): McCarthy Brands Australia & New Zealand will endeavour to deliver an order(s) within 3-10 business days from order dispatch. Where You have specified a delivery address, You will receive an email notification once your order is (transit with tracking code) or ready for despatch.

 

Express Domestic Delivery Timeframes (within Australia & New Zealand): McCarthy Brand Australia & New Zealand will endeavour to deliver an order within 1-3 business days (depending on the delivery postcode). Not all products will be available for express delivery.

 

Other International Delivery Timeframes: The delivery time for international orders is typically 10+ business days. Estimated delivery times are between metro areas of major cities. Excludes any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia or New Zealand control. Country-specific delivery times are available via our customer services via email or by calling us. Please note that not all products will be available for international delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

McCarthy Brands Australia & New Zealand does not accept ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges for any goods outside from third party or selected categories. Nevertheless, we offer a refund credit provided that: (a) you provide adequate proof of purchase (meaning your purchase receipt or another suitable proof of purchase, like a bank statement or credit card statement); (b) the goods are in a re-saleable condition (meaning they are in the original packaging, unopened and in original condition); (c) Exchange goods for same specs or value or upgrade if a product is out of stock. Australia & New Zealand Consumer Law gives consumers broad rights, known as consumer guarantees. The consumer guarantees apply to any goods they purchase. 

Our return policy for stock received damaged: If you receive your item and it appears to have been damaged in transit, please either: Reject the item so it is returned to our warehouse If received, please notify us within 1 business day so we can contact the courier for further investigation. Upon completion of the investigation or receipt of the goods back into our warehouse, one of our staff members will be in contact with you to discuss options to proceed.

Our return policy for faulty goods: All items within warranty, come with manufacturer warranty and as such the manufacturer must be contacted first to proceed with a claim. McCarthy Brands staff can assist by providing the best contact details to get you in touch with the manufacturers. Once you have spoken to a representative from the manufacturer, please request a case number or authorisation letter that can be provided to McCarthy Brands to action the claim on your behalf. The faulty items will need to be returned to McCarthy Brands with all of the original carton contents for the claim to be processed for further testing.
